Quizzalong turns a quiz video into a proper quiz night. Press play on one of our episodes, everyone grabs their phone, and the site keeps score while the video asks the questions.
Why we made it
We love a quiz, but somebody always ends up stuck reading the questions and marking the answers instead of playing. So we moved the host into the video and the scoring onto your phones. Nobody is left out, nobody argues about the marking, and the winner is settled by the time the credits roll.
What you need
- Something to watch the video on: a TV, a laptop, a tablet, even a phone
- A phone each (or one per team)
- One person to press play
Three ways to play
- Host a game. One person picks an episode, gets a game code and shares it. Everyone joins, the host presses play, and the answers lock in as the video runs.
- Join a game. Got a code from a friend? Pop it on the home page with your team name and you're in.
- Play solo. On your own? Play any episode against the clock and post your score to the leaderboard.
